Hi Everyone,

I'm so excited for the opening of "Halloween: the Ballad of Michelle Myers" this Thursday evening!! For those of you who caught the staged reading back in August, you know the basic concept: the girls from that awesomely warped '80s sitcom "The Facts of Life" encounter a crazed tranny-version of Michael Myers from the '80s "Halloween" horror movie series. And this time you actually get to find out who's underneath the mask, and who is left alive at the end of the bloodbath!

"'HALLOWEEN! THE BALLAD OF MICHELE MYERS' is musical parody of America’s obsession with slasher films mashed up with black comedy teen movies such as Heathers along with a heavy dash of one of TV’s scariest sitcoms from the '80s, 'The Facts of Life!'

"Mrs. Skerritt chaperons 4 school ‘girls’ up to the lake for a fun-filled Halloween dance over at the boys’ camp. But someone also invited crazed tranny killer Michele Myers to crash the party! Watch her slash through her victims to a disco beat! Dos-i-do and try to evade her bloody gaze! Rock out with your cock out and it just might get snipped! Shriek in horror at her unmasking! Freddy, Jason, and Michael scared you breathless…now it’s HER TURN!”

Seriously, the script is hilarious, the direction by Todd Pickering is snappy and engaging, and the cast is AMAZING. You gotta see this!!

"Imp of Satan" is a short horror film about a demon living in the basement of a Castro apartment building, and an evil landlord that uses it to keep his meddlesome tenants in line.
